Arashi Beach: A large beach with soothing surf and a sandy surface, Arashi is a terrific locale for a swim or a picturesque place for sunbathing. It also provides great snorkeling – visibility is up to 150 feet underwater on an average day. “It’s unusual in that it’s isolated compared to other Aruban beaches – approximately 15 minutes from the closest hotels,” notes Smillie, an Aruba accommodations specialist.
