This beautiful 2 story, air conditioned villa is approximately 3500 sq. ft. and features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large family and living room, modern kitchen, laundry room and out-door covered porch. The beautiful in-ground pool and patio area is perfect for entertaining with family and friends under the stars as well as to dine and grill outside. The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably in its three lower bedrooms and two upper bedrooms. The villa can be rented out as a 5 BR, 5 Bath or a 4 BR, 4 Bath.  If available the lower Master BR with private bath can be rented separately from the rest of the villa.

Christmas, New Year and Presidents week is $6000 a week
