Stunningly designed in a classic mediterranian style our extremly spacious Aruba Outre-Mar Villa allows you total privacy, in the most luxurious of settings. The villa offers you 4000 square feet of contemporary, open plan living space furnished to the highest of standards. Built in the shape of a horse shoe, with all rooms having the benefit of large patio doors, opening out on to the terrace and pool area, ensuring total privacy and security. The main feature of the villa is the wonderful centrally positioned family area with high vaulted ceilings, looking out on to the pool area, complete with billiard table and plasma TV lounge.The villa has the benefit of a fully equipped kitchen again looking out on to the pool area. Three of the double bedrooms have built in closets and en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has twin beds. The villa also has a private 1 bedroom studio apartment complete with kitchen, T.V and lounge area and bathroom. The studio has its own seperate enterance allowing it to be rented with the villa or individually. The villa is within walking distance to the local shops, supermarket and bakery. 3 minutes to beaches, golf, bars, restaurants, high rise hotel area and hospital and 10 minutes to Oranjestad. |

Date of stay: 13th July We rented this villa in mid-July 2010. Prior to working with Matthew and Anna, we had a terrible experience with other property managers in Aruba in locating rental villa to accommodate our needs; they were not interested in our needs...all they tried to do was push renting unacceptable or their own properties. Once we started working with Matthew and Anna, all our questions and concerns were promptly addressed and they made the search for accommodations easy. They made sure all of our family needs were met. They met us upon arrival in Aruba, took us to the villa and made sure we were comfortable and even stocked some supplies in the frig. Any inquires we had during our stay, they immediately responded and assisted. The house was great and certainly met our needs, thanks to Matthew and Anna. If we ever go back to Aruba, the only property managers we will contact are Matthew and Anna. We had a great stay! |

Date of stay: 4th August 2010 We rented this home from 4th August to the 12th August 2010 and were very pleased with the size, amenities and location. Most of all, the property managers Anna and Matthew were fantastic. They met us at the car rental facility and escorted us to the home. There were a few minor issues that they quickly resolved within minutes of emailing them (they live close by). The only issue with the house was the 4th bedroom was not accessible within the main house, you had to walk out onto the patio and access through a slider, which made it unusable considering we had small children traveling with us. This bedroom would be great if you had in-laws or other adults traveling with you who wanted some privacy and didn't want to be within earshot of any children. Overall, the house was clean, had decent appliances (no dryer, just a very small washing machine) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were there by a pool service company. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a good location close to Eagle Beach and downtown. |

Date of stay: 24 Jun 10 - 3 Jul 10 I just wanted to say thank you to Matthew and Anna Smillie, the best management team in Aruba. I spend more time in Aruba than I do in the states and from all my vacations this one was the best the Villa was awesome; if you like entertaining this is the place for you. They were very tentative to all our needs polite and professional at all times. Thanks guys see you again real soon. Eric |
