This home features large bedrooms and living areas indoors and outdoors. There are many living spaces in this wonderfully decorated villa. Guests can get lost in a book in the study, watch a movie in the living room or simply lounge on the patio next to the pool while indulging in a drink with friends and family. All the amenities of home can be found in this villa such as a fully equipped kitchen and a barbecue gas grill. The Malmok neighborhood is in walking distance to Boca Catalina, Arashi Beach and Palm Beach, which feature many restaurants and bars and provide guests with the opportunity to windsurf, kite surf and shop. This villa is adjacent to the world-renowned Tierra del Sol, which is an 18-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II. |

Date of stay: Jan 2012 This is an incredibly airy, spacious and beautiful home. The pictures are great but they really can't capture the great space. We stayed with 4 adults and two young children. There's tons of dishes and glasses. When there was one small thing we couldn't find - the right shaped coffee filters- Omaira brought them over for us. The pool was great and felt very private. We've been to Aruba multiple times and this is on the top of our list for a group stay as we like to rent a car and be close to the high rises but just out of reach of the the high season crowds. Its five min to walk-in snorkeling at Arashi and just a few more from the high rises. I know how boasting about great finds is dangerous because within a few years it's tough to get a reservation but Matthew was so great I simply have to. I can't say enough great things about this house - amenities, location, and service. Amazing find. |

Date of stay: February 2012 Best Villa Agency On Aruba First of all we love Aruba and this house was perfect, spacious and private. But most of all, I want to say how impressed I was with Aruba Villa Vacation Homes. After dealing with previous rental agents, I can say by far these are the best. We will never rent another home through any other company again on Aruba. These guys are so accurate on their descriptions, fast to respond and their customer service was incredible. |

Date of stay: 11th January 2011 We stayed for ten days January 2011. Mom, dad, 2 grandmas and 2 kids 3 and 2 yrs. old. The house was perfect for us. We had a rental car and got everywhere easily. Plenty of room to stretch out and be in diffferent areas-pool, reading area, kitchen, bedroom, barbeque, watching TV. There were tons of fluffy towels provided, and contact with Omaira for any questions was a breeze. Air conditioning was great for each person's room and comfort. All in all, very memorable, in good location and we would definitely return!!! |

Date of stay: September We really enjoyed our stay in Aruba. The property was accurately described. Very large, airy, nicely furnished with all the amenities. It was in a great location, very close to nice beaches (Malmok, Arashi) with snorkeling, and near the Hotel areas with many restaurants to choose from. Matthew (the property manager) was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond. We would recommend this property highly and using Matthew again. Thanks. |
