Date of stay: December The house was bigger and nicer than we expected. Well maintained, well kept, perfect location close to beach, supermarket and Oranjestad. It's always a gamble when you rent a house over the Internet or to expectations but this has definitely surpassed! Anna & Matthew arrange everything in a neat way and I can definitely recommend this organization. |

Date of stay: Thanksgiving 2012 I would highly recommend this vacation rental/home...the house was extremely spacious, clean, modern, and the outside patio was plenty big and the Pool was great. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and a nice TV the hanging on the wall. The outside landscaping was beautiful and you could tell its well taken care of. The house was centrally located, if you had to, you could walk to the brand new Superfood market in which opened while we were vacationing. Very close to the High Rise hotels, low rise and downtown area. Felt comfortable in the house as it had a alarm system and a safe, and have to say there were some nice homes in the neighborhood. Quiet, peaceful, no loud noises, and we are planning our trip back as I write this and we will stay at this home again. We have dealt with Matthew on two occasions, and he has been thoughtful, attentive to our needs, and a nice person to deal with. We are looking forward to seeing him soon as we love aruba !! |

Date of stay: march 17-25, 2012 Our trip to Aruba was just what we wanted and more. Our villa home was the perfect vacation get away and was centrally located. It was very accommodating for a party of nine and included all necessary household items. The outside entertaining area was beautiful, very well maintained and perfectly manicured. Matthew and Anna Smiley were completely accessible, informative and just plain helpful. They provided knowledge of local faire and insight to experiences off the beaten path. The entire trip was a totally unique experience. We look forward to returning to Aruba-"One HAPPY Island"! |

Date of stay: 10th March 2012 Easiest Rental Ever My daughter and I stayed here in March - we always rent a villa and never before has renting one been such a pleasant experience. Anna recommended a car hire company who met us at the airport and drove to their office two minutes from the villa. Anna's colleague Izaira then met us there and drove with us to the villa to show us around. The villa was a dream as you can see from the website and sparkling clean. It's in a quiet central location perfect for exploring the whole island and the pool is totally private and not overlooked by neighbours. Anna called round to see if we needed any help, directions to supermarket, restaurant recommendations, etc and when we left Matthew came round to direct us back to the car hire company who then taxied us to the airport. It does make a difference to feel you're getting such a personal service as this. I'd recommend this company above any we've ever used before. |
