Tucked away in the quiet and beautiful Palm Beach area of the island is a four bedroom, three bathroom 2,740 square foot villa equipped for up to eight. The Palm Beach area is close to high-rise hotels and only 10 minutes from Oranjestad, which offers a variety of bars, restaurants and shops. |

| The weekly rates are based on renting the 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. The 4th bedroom and bathroom is the guest house which can be rented only with the villa at an additional price. The villa and the guest house in High Season is $1900.00 a week, Mid Season $1450.00 a week, Summer Season $1750.00 a week, Low Season $1450.00 a week. From the 20th December - 5th January the 3 bedroom villa is $3000.00 a week and the villa and guesthouse is $3400.00 a week. |

Date of stay: Feb 1, 2012 - March 29, 2012 AWESOME. This was our 3rd visit to Aruba always staying at Matthews villas. This house was by far the best for us and our guests! The house has everything you need for a two month stay, very well appointed. The pool is perfect and the size of the house makes it comfortable for a crowd! Lots of shade and the outdoor dining table was a favorite spot for all! We lived outdoors for much of the two months! The location is perfect a quick walk to the beach, restaurants(Bugaloe, Wacky Wahoos) and shopping. Also, there are amazing little grocery stores within a 15 minute walk. They were well stocked, with veggies, meat, supplies and alcohol. We rented cars periodically, but with a back pack you could easily do it without the car as the neighborhood is close to everything. Ng's Supermarket was amazing! The house is close to the bus stop which made it easy to take our guests to town for a change of pace. However the house was so perfect it was very tough to leave even for a few hrs. But what made our 2 month stay perfect was knowing that Matthew and Izira and the wonderful staff at Aruba Villa Vacation Homes was just a phone call away. The few times we had to call (ac broken, ran out of propane) the issue was always fixed WITHIN HOURS. This is why we continue to rent with this amazing company. We never have to worry about the "what if's" we just call Matthew. Stress free! Aruba is really becoming our home away from home and we look forward to many more years enjoying the people and weather of Aruba. Cheers from Canada and see you in 2014! |

Date of stay: July 2012 PERFECT! This home was absolutely perfect! Every thing from the location to the amenities of the villa were just great. My family and I found our vacation to be much more relaxing in the villa as opposed to a hotel - no getting dressed for breakfast, a quick dip in the pool at anytime and no need to wait for a table at busy restaurants. Located just a short distance to the 'high rise' area , the villa is close to everything we wanted. We enjoyed dinner at Gianni's, Smokey Joes , Yee's and of course El Gaucho. We spent our days at Eagle Beach and had a blast on the Jet Skis . Can't wait to go back next year ! |
