The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa is within walking distance from Palm Beach, High-Rise hotels area, restaurants, bars, casino, supermarkets and shopping. About 10 minutes drive to lovely off-shore snorkeling areas of Boca-Catalina, Arashi and Malmok beach. The villa has a totally private backyard with tropical garden, swimming pool, and a beautiful Banyan tree about 30 feet tall which provides nice deep shade. Each room has it's own key-locable french doors facing the pool. there are also outside dining area, bar, gas grill, lounges and pergola. Amenities include: 2 bathrooms with walk-in closets Villa is air conditioned, has hot water and laundry area washing machine (no dryer). 3 bedrooms with 3 queen size beds. 2 of which can be split into 2 full size beds Open plan living room-kitchen with dining area and a bar-height counter top kitchen with Wireless internet and cable. Outdoor shower, and additional dining area outside by the pool. Discounts are given to couples who are only going to use one bedroom, making this property very affordable. |
