This Aruba home is situated in the prestigious residential neighborhood of Arashi. It is located on the main beach road about three miles from the Palm Beach high-rise hotels and casinos along some of the best beaches on the island. This beautiful 2 story air conditioned villa is approximately 3500 sq. ft. and features 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a large family and living room, modern kitchen, laundry room and out-door covered porch. The private in-ground pool and patio area with barbecue is perfect for entertaining with family and friends under the stars as well as to dine and grill outside. The house sleeps 10 adults comfortably in its three lower bedrooms and two upper bedrooms.
Villa Description:
Living Room, Dining Room & Kitchen:
The front entrance leads into a large living and dining room with high vaulted wooden ceilings that create an open atmosphere. French doors open onto the covered porch, patio, pool and Jacuzzi. The spacious modern kitchen with vaulted ceiling is complete with a gas range and oven, microwave, granite counters and island breakfast bar, dishes, silverware and pots & pans. The entire first level is beautifully tiled and serves as an excellent gathering place for family and friends. A separate laundry room with washer and dryer is supplied on premises as an additional convenience.
Broadband Internet Access:
For those of you who cannot stay away from work or the Internet, we have provided broadband Internet access for your laptop computers included with your stay.
Master Suite & Balcony:
A luxurious master-suite with a king-sized bed, vaulted ceilings and sliding glass doors to a covered balcony overlooks the ocean. Walk-in closets and dual sinks in the master bathroom with a large glass blocked shower enclosure complete this master suite.
A second upstairs bedroom and queen bed with its own private bathroom can be used as a study, sitting room or baby’s room. Between the two upstairs bedrooms is a small kitchenette with fridge for those late night snacks.
First Floor Bedrooms:
Off the hallway behind the kitchen are three bedrooms, again each with their own private bathrooms so that each bedroom has total privacy. The first floor master bedroom includes a king-sized bed, its own tiled bathroom and is located at the end of the hallway and includes a private outdoor entrance to the pool area and patio. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and each includes a private tiled bathroom.
The Arashi Beach Area:
Our villa is located only 200 steps around the corner, past two homes to the north end of Boca Catalina Beach, which is small and secluded beach excellent for sunbathing and snorkeling. This is the Gold Coast area of Aruba and since most of the properties consist of private year-round residential homes and villas, the beaches are not crowded and often you will be alone on this small beach. Walking eight houses the other direction, toward the California Lighthouse, brings you to the main Arashi Beach that has small huts for sunbathing and a larger magnificent white sand beach with calm waters for swimming or snorkeling.
