This home is exactly as described: amazing. An invitation for enjoying your stay in Aruba. Almost exactly, though,as it is MUCH larger than it may look on the pictures (living room + kitchen approx. 120 sqm/1290 sqft), and YES,there is a dishwasher. We were a family of 7 - in age from 30+ to 60+ - and I assure you that there were plenty of room for each and every of us. Perfectly located, i.e. far enough from the noise and crowd and close enough to everything, provided you have a car: Arashi beach is just 3-5 min North and the Super Food mall (THE place to go for daily shopping) also is just 10 min South. You can get good Angus meet and daily fish (a little shop outside along the mall). For those who like cooking - and for us French this is serious matter :) - the gas cooker is great and (cooking-wise) reliable. You can also grill at the pool bar, and you have a BIG fridge in the main living area where you can store and keep fresh tons of liquids. Enjoy the sunset at the swim up bar. This island has some magic beauty and enchantment. So does this villa. And both perfectly match together. A big thank you and congratulations to this really professional and reliable organization that does care for you.
This house is amazing like everyone else has said...Perfect location, view, layout, amenities, size, pool, swim up bar, etc... Our family had so much fun on this trip and this house made a great trip that much better! I promise you if you stay here you won't be disappointed and the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. When we return to Aruba we would definitely rent this place again. Thanks Matthew and Anna for answering all our questions and thank you Elisa for staying late the day of our arrival to greet us and show us around!
The house is just a dream house. We had the best Christmas as Family Reunion in this place and it will always stays in our memories. We were a mix of elderly, adults and children all together and the house is so comfortable that we were all very happy. The rooms are great, the social areas amazing, the pool area with the BBQ was a great place for all. Full Air Con inside the house. Easy to keep clean, plenty of everything (cutlery, glasses, plates, pots, etc) we didn't miss a thing. You have even plastic containers to keep the left overs from the meals. Big fridge.... and an amazing view from the entrance of the house. On top of the amazing house, you also get great service from Anne, Matthew and Elisa, it is first class. From before arrival to the departure day, they were always available to answer any question. Before traveling I got an email from them telling me they were waiting for us which gave me a lot of confidence, then on arrival day Elisa was super patient waiting for us at the house as our flight was delayed and the traffic from the airport was very slow. She was always available on the phone although we didn't really need much as the house was in perfect order. The only downside is the lack of dishwasher which I was told about before booking... anyway there were plenty of us so we just took turns. If you book be aware that you need at least one car, there is nothing close enough to go a buy groceries, however, there is a massive supermarket (Super Food) just 10 min driving from the house. There are also buses stopping near the house that take you into the centre and Eagle Beach. Don't think twice to book it, it is worth every penny and book with confidence... the team will look after you
We very much enjoyed our stay in this house, It complies with all descriptions. The house is in perfect condition and very clean. The environment is quiet, the road in front of the house can't be heard from the inside of the house. The ocean view (and sunset ) from the veranda is beyond description. The pool in the back is cleaned several times a week by the pool service. The kitchen is equipped with all imaginable necessities to prepare your own meals . There is a bus stop nearby the house (and on request in front of the house !), but you may bring a rental car to explore the Island and do your shopping. Supermarkets may be found in the so called hi-rise area, various high rise hotels. It takes 10 minutes by car,or a 30 minutes walk. The reservation proces is very well executed and gives you confidence that you are dealing with a small but really professional organisation with great customer care ! We certainly would advise this house and the renting organisation.
This is a beautiful house. It's actually much larger on the inside than we expected it to be from the pictures and video. The main living area is wide open and had more than enough room for the eight people in our group. The saltwater pool is just perfect, and the private fenced-in yard, swim-up bar and seats in the pool made us feel like we had a mini-resort all to ourselves! The view from the front porch is amazing; I sat out each morning and evening to watch the ocean and do some people-watching. Although the house is outside of the busy beach area, there is often someone on the path across the street from the house, since it's still close enough to the hotels for those staying there to take a walk or jog to the north part of the island. This area (and Aruba in general) feels very safe, but this house in particular is SO well-lit at night, more so than others in the area. We've stayed in private homes all over the Caribbean, but this was our first visit to Aruba. We're already planning our next trip back to Aruba, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay in this home again!
Photos don’t truly capture how nice this house is. Clean (and easy to keep it that way), modern, lots of space, and plenty of spaces for our 5 teenagers and us. Perfect location for us - easy to walk (or quick drive) down to the hotel area beaches, wonderful friendly locals. We had most meals in (grilling at the pool bar was a treat - excellent chicken kabobs from Super Foods), a couple of nice casual dinners out and some lunches on the beach. Snorkeling right out the door (and beyond), running, swimming, walking, and even time for quality loafing :). Took out a Hobie cat for an afternoon of snorkeling, swimming, working (sailing is a great physical and mental workout!), and spacing out :) Armando’s place can send an expert sailor out with you if needed or desired. Quite peaceful in contrast to the “party boats.” Flat water makes it a perfect place to learn all kinds of water sports - kite surfing, board sailing, SUP, etc, which also means no body or other wave surfing. Tony and Clay at Pair-a-dice kept us happy and active on the beach - shaded chairs, parasailing, etc. Eduardo’s kept us all healthy and happy. North, south, and west sides of the island quite interesting for exploring on foot (can you tell we’re not fans of “noisy activities” :). Took us a little while to get into the true vibe of the island since everyone speaks English, but Aruba has a great culture - Papiamento is the perfect representation of the mix of the many different people. We always felt safe, and locals take ownership to keep it that way. Unanimous 7 votes to return to Aruba and this beautiful home.
The amazing picture in the slideshow of the sunset with the boat is a true picture taken by me when I was there. I wanted everyone to know that it is a real sunset picture taken from the front porch. You can't beat this view!!!
This was my 3rd visit and truly is the best place to vacation! This home is extremely well kept. Meticulously clean inside and out. Great place to be as a family with children, or just adults looking for a get-a-way. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, along with a living room, dining room and kitchen. Location is excellent - near all casinos, dining, bars and beaches - but yet not in the middle of it. Everything you need is there. Just go to the supermarket if you want to get your own food. Step out the back doors into a beautiful salt water pool. There is also a bar, BBQ, 2 dining tables, many lounge chairs and Volley ball area in the yard. Sit right on the front porch and enjoy an amazing sunset. Trust me, you will never want to leave!!!
Amazing home. Our family along with a couple of good friends just stayed in this beautiful villa. Right across from the water, amazing sunsets right in front of your eyes on the front porch. Great patio area with lots of room to eat, wonderful walk in pool and outdoor swim up bar. Four bedrooms, two with King size beds provided tons of room for our family and friends. Anna was amazing as usual in finding us this spot this year as we didn't have as much advance notice to book this time. Just steps from some fantastic snorkelling and swimming. Be sure to rent a car/jeep so you can explore the island. Extremely safe, pretty much anywhere, anytime. We have explored every corner of this island for 9 or 10 years and are still finding great spots to snorkel, to eat or just to enjoy.
The house was beautiful and in a great location. We would not hesitate to stay here agin.
this is a great place to stay if you have a large family or 2 or three couples its perfect you have your own private salt water pool so you dont have to sit with a crowd if you dont want you have all the comforts of home WE WENT TO THE SUPERMARKET OUR FIRST DAY AND PICKED UP WHAT WE NEEEDED so we had breakfast and lunch at home and went out to eat ar nite but you could also stay in and make a little something for yourself and you not limited to what the hotels have if you want a late snack the pool has a swim up bar if you want to stock that for party the sunset comes directly over the house so every nite you get a picture view of the sunset its great as far as the beaches you are 3 mins away from arashi beach that a little private beach if you dont want the crowds or 5 mins to eagle beach if you want to be crowded i happen to like the villa much better its just more relaxing and this house is perfectly located for everything you need its my second time staying there and now im spoiled to stay anyplace else and also the weather is perfect and each room is climate controlled for you ownd personal pleasure there is no better way to see aruba
Amazing is the only way to describe this house. We had the best girls vacation ever! Spending the days at Arashi beach, happy hour at the houses swim up bar in the pool and volley ball games in the yard. We didn't even have to leave the front porch to watch the sunset! The home was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants and bars are close to the house. Already planning to book a vacation with all of our families, they even have a guest house.
This vacation home is absolutely beautiful and beyond comfortable. We were a family of 7 with 2 children and there is so much space another 5-6 people could have stayed and still have plenty of space. There is a large space to have nice family dinners and hang out. The beach is beautiful and the view from the house is spectacular so much so that we sat outside in the front to watch the amazing sunset. If the beach isn’t for, no worries, this home has a great saltwater pool with plenty of lounge chairs. If you want to have that family dinner outside...no problem as there are 2 dining tables outside and a BBQ to cook your favorite meals. You will definitely be beyond satisfied picking this vacation home for your stay in Aruba
The house is amazing! It had everything we needed, so much so, that some days we never left the house. We had such a wonderful time, I am booking our next visit now! Perfect for families with children.

Nightlife in Aruba is something many have never experienced. A shame. While some would say that nightlife in Aruba is comparable to nightlife in other Caribbean islands, why not take a different approach? The Palm Beach and Oranjestad areas are the places to be when you want to make sure you’ll have some crazy stories to tell back home.

Aruba might only be 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, but this small Caribbean island still has a lot to explore. Apart from the swimming, snorkeling, diving and waterskiing, there are many secret spots left to discover inlands as well.
