Our 2 families, totaling 11, stayed at this lovely villa Christmas week. It was absolutely amazing. We used the living space indoor and outdoor most frequently and they were so comfortable. There is a small slightly rocky beach 2 minutes away and a gorgeous smooth beach only 5 minutes away. There was a security system, the pool was the perfect size for us, not too big, not too small. The pool even had a few rafts/inner tubes, basketball net, and night time lighting. All appliances were modern and worked great. We arrived on a Sunday and rushed to get groceries before the store closed next time I would pay to have them stock 20 items before we arrive. I also rented a high chair and pack and play for my infant and was so glad I did so instead of having to lug those kinds of things on the plane. It was also very affordable to do so - $25 for the week for each. Anna, Matthew and the whole team were super quick to respond to any and all concerns, not that we had many. They even left an emergency cell phone for us to use to call them if we needed to. The power went out one night (neighborhood wide) and the rooms got hot but it was resolved within 2 hours, thankfully. The wi-fi worked great for us, but you have to be near the source (its in the kitchen and the signal didnt quite reach all the bedrooms, maybe just 1.) But thats ok, we had it if we needed it. The TV was also nice and they had cable and a DVD player so the kids got to watch a few movies in the evenings. Overall, an absolutely awesome vacation home and a wonderful vacation experience!

While some would say that nightlife in Aruba is comparable to nightlife in other Caribbean islands, why not take a different approach? The Palm Beach and Oranjestad areas are the places to be when you want to make sure you’ll have some crazy stories to tell back home.

Aruba might only be 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, but this small Caribbean island still has a lot to explore. Apart from the swimming, snorkeling, diving and waterskiing, there are many secret spots left to discover inlands as well.
