Ahaah, you have hit the jackpot! Located close to fabulous Eagle Beach, one of the top ten beaches in the world, this Mediterranean-style villa has four bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms.
There is a terrace and pool area, which is the view that one has from the lovely living area. There is a jacuzzi as well; unheated, just like the temperature of the pool, which heats up during the day. Imagine relaxing in the jacuzzi, having a drink and considering where to go for dinner. Close proximity to super restaurants such as Chalet Suisse, Tulip Restaurant, Screaming Eagle, Passion on the Beach and Carambola might make your life easy. Or would you like to dine in: the kitchen has everything you might need, up to a dishwasher.
Eagle Beach is a serene, wonderful beach - you can take a long, long walk on its soft, white sand with the waves lapping your toes. Oranjestad, Aruba's capital, is just 10 minutes away by car or bus, or you can drive to the hi-rise strip, with its hotels, casinos, shopping and nightlife, also a drive of mere minutes. With the best that Aruba has to offer at your fingertips, your stay at your villa at Bubali Villa Park will surely be terrific. Playing at the casinos will considerably improve your chances of winning the jackpot for real, by the way.

PERFECT WEEK IN ARUBA Listing was very accurate and the home was clean and spacious. The team met us at the airport and she made sure we were very aware of all that was going on. This was so important as this was our first time in Aruba. She really was genuinely interested in our trip and our needs. As for the home, we can't say a thing negative, the master room was stunning and other rooms were spacious and perfect, temperature was cool and comfortable. Pool was tremendous, so much room for our kids, 10 - 25 years old. We will return for sure and hope this home is available. I can suggest this with the highest confidence due to our experience. Aruba was the most adventurous place we have ever gone, including Hawaii and Mexico. We had 2 jeeps and rented ATV's and horses. The beauty of the Island is stunning. We loved the adventure and will remember forever the great beaches and food, but the adventure was what will bring us back, it also felt very safe as well. Thanks for the great time, Kevin and Julie.
We rented this villa in mid-July 2010. Prior to working with Matthew and Anna, we had a terrible experience with other property managers in Aruba in locating rental villa to accommodate our needs; they were not interested in our needs...all they tried to do was push renting unacceptable or their own properties. Once we started working with Matthew and Anna, all our questions and concerns were promptly addressed and they made the search for accommodations easy. They made sure all of our family needs were met. They met us upon arrival in Aruba, took us to the villa and made sure we were comfortable and even stocked some supplies in the frig. Any inquires we had during our stay, they immediately responded and assisted. The house was great and certainly met our needs, thanks to Matthew and Anna. If we ever go back to Aruba, the only property managers we will contact are Matthew and Anna. We had a great stay!
We rented this home from 4th August to the 12th August 2010 and were very pleased with the size, amenities and location. Most of all, the property managers Anna and Matthew were fantastic. They met us at the car rental facility and escorted us to the home. There were a few minor issues that they quickly resolved within minutes of emailing them (they live close by). The only issue with the house was the 4th bedroom was not accessible within the main house, you had to walk out onto the patio and access through a slider, which made it unusable considering we had small children traveling with us. This bedroom would be great if you had in-laws or other adults traveling with you who wanted some privacy and didn't want to be within earshot of any children. Overall, the house was clean, had decent appliances (no dryer, just a very small washing machine) and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was cleaned 3 times while we were there by a pool service company. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a good location close to Eagle Beach and downtown.
I just wanted to say thank you to Matthew and Anna Smillie, the best management team in Aruba. I spend more time in Aruba than I do in the states and from all my vacations this one was the best the Villa was awesome; if you like entertaining this is the place for you. They were very tentative to all our needs polite and professional at all times. Thanks guys see you again real soon. Eric
Rating of 4.5* (only due to some wear and tear items which may be fixed by now) First off, the location of the property. If you have never been to Aruba, the villa is pretty much a straight shot from the airport, and depending on what time of day, expect a 30-40 minute drive. NOW, once you know your way around the island, that drops to about 10-20 minutes from/to the airport. The subdivision is very nice and upscale, while being secluded. When you call for delivery, the people know its the "big houses." Getting there, the house and other houses in the neighborhood are absolutely gorgeous. The landscape is well done. The only drawback is that the trash service comes once a week, and depending on when you check in, you may have trash on the curb for a few days. Nothing against the owners, just to be expected. The furniture inside is really nice, some worn down from use, but nothing that is raggedy with the bedroom and patio furniture being REALLY nice. It was a romantic setting and I personally loved only having one TV, a large screen, in the house. It made the experience that much more romantic. Kitchen is large and in good use. There were some wear and tear, but like everything, very negligible. Like dust on a Rolls Royce. The customer service was great and of great value. I loved the fact that there was no additional fees that were added in during/after our stay. I have nothing but great memories of Outre-Mar and look forward to staying here again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nightlife in Aruba is something many have never experienced. A shame. While some would say that nightlife in Aruba is comparable to nightlife in other Caribbean islands, why not take a different approach? The Palm Beach and Oranjestad areas are the places to be when you want to make sure you’ll have some crazy stories to tell back home.

Aruba might only be 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, but this small Caribbean island still has a lot to explore. Apart from the swimming, snorkeling, diving and waterskiing, there are many secret spots left to discover inlands as well.
