This beautiful villa has everything you will need for a great vacation. Located only minutes away from beaches and the High Rise Hotel area where you will find every type of restaurant and bar.
The Villa offers three bedrooms (with the master being en suite) and 2 bathrooms with walk in showers. All bedrooms and living area are individually air conditioned, but the house also gets the natural tropical ocean breeze.
It has an open floor plan with patio doors to the pool from the main area and also from the master bedroom. An overstuffed couch and reading chairs will keep you comfortable when you are ready to come in from the pool. With high security fences and tropical landscape you are given complete privacy. The gazebo and pergola let you get out of the sun to relax, read or enjoy a cocktail. A dip in the pool will keep you refreshed while sun bathing or after a long day of sightseeing.There is also an outdoor shower for convenience.
The inside dining area seats six but will accommodate eight if a couple of friends stop by. The kitchen is set up for cooking when you want to eat in. You will find it outfitted nicely for whatever culinary delight you want to whip up.
The villa is in an exclusive, quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for a morning run or an evening walk to the salina to catch the sunset. Our tropical escape is in the north of Aruba, near the golf course Tierra del Sol. The high-rise hotels with shops, restaurants, cinema, bowling alley and casinos are only a five minutes drive.
Drive 3-4 minutes and relax on the beaches of Malmok or Arashi (great for snorkeling). There are thatched huts on the beach for your use without charge, and we supply beach chairs and towels. Or drive 2-3 minutes in the other direction and hike the backside of the island up to the Alto Vista Chapel. No matter what you decide to do, you can always retreat to your own villa in paradise.
The California lighthouse with its breath taking views is less than a 5 minute drive away, as are the dunes and secluded beaches dotted with boulders for a relaxing, quiet getaway. Within minutes you can be at beautiful Palm Beach and the Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino, the largest casino in Aruba and open 24 hours a day. Close by are the other Palm Beach Hotels and low-rise hotels at Eagle Beach. Within a minute or two you can be at Tierra del Sol, the award-winning Robert Trent Jones designed desert golf course, with its fine restaurants and clubhouse.
The property has a variety of native tropical plants, and palm trees throughout. The fenced property provides secure off road parking.
