This amazing vacation villa is located in the exclusive neighborhood of Malmok, on the main beach road L.G Smith Blvd, steps away from Malmok Beach. Boca Catalina Beach, perfect for snorkeling is only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk away. Palm Beach, and the high rise hotel area where you will find fine dining, casinos, and night life is a short 3-4 minute drive away.
The front porch with dining table and chairs offers wonderful ocean views and is the perfect place to hang out at anytime of the day or night. A wonderful spot to watch the fabulous Aruban sunsets whilst sipping a cocktail or al fresco dining.
Our recently added roof top terrace is another great place to hang out and enjoy the stunning ocean views and sunsets.
Indoors, the comfortably furnished open floor plan offers a spacious and airy living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with sea views. Large windows and glass doors allow you to enjoy the beautiful ocean views to the front and our fabulous private garden to the rear with volleyball/games area, infinity pool with swim up bar, BBQ and dining area and much more.
All 4 of the bedrooms are off the hallway and have plasma TV's. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each have a Queen size bed and share a bathroom and the fourth bedroom has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom.

Aruba might only be 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, but this small Caribbean island still has a lot to explore. Apart from the swimming, snorkeling, diving and waterskiing, there are many secret spots left to discover inlands as well.

Nightlife in Aruba is something many have never experienced. A shame. While some would say that nightlife in Aruba is comparable to nightlife in other Caribbean islands, why not take a different approach?
