Can you believe your eyes? Is this villa a true find or what? Beautifully decorated in cheerful colors, with a priceless view of the golf course of Tierra del Sol, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom villa has a private pool and a lovely garden. Let your stay here take all your worries and put them on a back burner, just enjoy the beauty of the Aruban countryside while the breeze cools you off.
Tierra del Sol is a gated community with a club house, a fabulous restaurant, a community pool, a beauty parlor, tennis courts, a gym and day spa. Of course you can make use of the facilities; you pay directly to Tierra del Sol. Although Tierra del Sol is located near the tip of the island, it is still very near the hi-rise strip with its shopping, cinemas, restaurants, bars, casinos and hotels. The beaches of Arashi, Malmok and Boca Catalina are within walking distance, so get out your walking shoes and take a lovely early morning stroll or take the car and go snorkeling.
A tip: fill a plastic bottle with white bread and water the night before you want to go snorkeling and just squeeze the bread out when underwater: a breathtaking number of colorful fish will be your reward.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The AC took a little time to get working properly, but when it did the house was nice and cool. The backyard is really nice, the pictures do not show that enough. The pool was cleaned once a week, and it was ok. There are mosquitos at night when you are outside, but with repellant and candles we somehow kept them at bay. The view of the golf course is just ok, it is fairway of hole 11, and you have to stand up to really see it. When that is said, with the pool and the backyard the bushes really give you good privacy from the golfers. The golf course is incredible, but so hard with the strong wind. I recommend you play early in the morning before it gets too hot in the middle of the day. About a 3 minute drive down the road, you can go to the public Arashi beach which is nice. The renters were very accomodating, meeting us at the car rental company, and then at the house when we left, also very up front about the payments and when they were due. We brought out 21 month old daugther and we were a little worried about having a pool. We were wrong, she loved it, and we always were outside with her there. I absolutely will recommend this place and would love to stay there again when we return.
Thank you for this very nice stay in Aruba. The Villa at Tierra Del Sol was ideal for our family of six. It is well located, clean, close to everything (snorkeling, swimming, beaches) and very quiet. I recommend this place and dealing with Matthew and Anna Smillie (Owners of You Need A Vacation Rentals NV ) is a pleasure. They are kind and very efficient. It is way better than renting a condo or an hotel, believe me. We have a nice view, a swimming pool (private) a place to eat outside adn so on. And the Golf club is very nice (with a good restaurant). It is a very safe and welcoming island, with a lot of things to see. We were there three weeks and it was perfect." Thank you for the stay, Frédéric Sylvestre and his family

Nightlife in Aruba is something many have never experienced. A shame. While some would say that nightlife in Aruba is comparable to nightlife in other Caribbean islands, why not take a different approach? The Palm Beach and Oranjestad areas are the places to be when you want to make sure you’ll have some crazy stories to tell back home.

Aruba might only be 20 miles long and 6 miles wide, but this small Caribbean island still has a lot to explore. Apart from the swimming, snorkeling, diving and waterskiing, there are many secret spots left to discover inlands as well.
